This policy explains what personal data Relaxme by Goca Bulajić (“Relaxme”, “we”) collects through relaxme.montewebs.ru, why we collect it and how you can control it.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Relaxme by Goca Bulajić. Our address, phone and email are listed at the end of this page.
What data we collect
Account data: your name, email address, phone number and preferred language. If you register with a password, we store only a one-way hash of it, never the password itself.
Google Sign-In: if you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us (scopes openid, email, profile). We do not receive your Google password and do not access any other Google data.
Bookings: the service, date and time you book, any notes you add, and the booking status.
Reviews and messages: reviews you leave after a visit and messages you send through the contact form.
Telegram: if you connect Telegram notifications in your profile, we store your Telegram chat identifier so that we can send you messages. You can disconnect it at any time.
How we use your data
To create and manage your account, take and confirm bookings, notify you and our staff about bookings and cancellations, answer your messages and publish reviews you have agreed to share.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not make automated decisions about you.
The legal basis is the performance of the booking you request and, for optional features such as Telegram notifications and reviews, your consent.
Use of Google user data
Data received from Google is used only to sign you in and to fill in your name, email and profile picture in your Relaxme account. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not accessible to scripts and expires after 30 days of inactivity. Your language and theme choices are kept in your browser’s local storage. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
The map on the home page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
Who processes the data
Our website and database run on a server rented from Spaceship in the United States. Booking notifications to staff are delivered through Telegram. Google provides sign-in and the map. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
Because the server is located in the United States, your data is transferred outside Montenegro. We limit what is stored to what the service needs.
How long we keep data
Account and booking data are kept while your account exists. When an account is deleted, its bookings are deleted with it. Database backups are kept for 14 days and then overwritten.
Your rights
You can view and edit your details in your profile, and you may ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with an updated date.
